missingWrote a review on Dec 23friendly staffcomfortable bedwarm cookiesstrong smellbathroom issues
The location for this hotel is fantastic. It’s right near the Irvine Spectrum, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The shuttle service is handy, especially for getting to nearby concerts and events. I loved the warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in. such a nice touch! My room had a comfortable bed and was mostly clean, which is what I expected. However, the bathroom had a few issues. The toilet wasn’t working properly and I had to fill the tank manually. There was also a lack of basic amenities, like a trash can in the room. The hallway had a strong sewage smell, which was unpleasant. The staff was friendly, but I experienced a long wait for additional blankets that took about 1.5 hours to arrive. That’s not ideal after a long day. It affected my overall enjoyment, but the staff did try to be accommodating despite the delays.

I absolutely loved the breakfast buffet—seriously, it’s a foodie paradise! Plus, the bar is fantastic, mixing great vibes with tasty drinks that hit just right after a long day. And can we talk about that convenient shuttle to concerts? Total game-changer!
However, I did have a run-in with a rude front desk associate. It was bizarre! She acted like I was an inconvenience while puffing away outside—definitely a bad look. The shower also had a mind of its own, overflowing on the first use. Yikes!

Exceptional Shuttle Service and Cookies!
I recently enjoyed my stay at this hotel, where the free shuttle service made getting to the nearby Irvine Spectrum a breeze. One of the highlights was definitely the warm chocolate chip cookies offered at check-in. they were delightful and a unique touch that made my arrival special. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially the shuttle drivers who were always ready to help and shared a few laughs during the rides. A small improvement would be to address the occasional noise levels from the nearby road at night, but overall, it didn't detract from my experience.

The breakfast buffet? A foodie paradise! Plus, the bar serves tasty drinks that hit just right after a long day. Also, major shoutout to the king-sized comfort of my room—I slept like a baby!
But man, I was up all night listening to this knocking noise from above! Thought I was living in a horror flick—'knock knock, who's there? ' Spoiler, not sleep.

I stayed in the King Room Non-Smoking and found the bed super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. The big screen TV was great for watching movies, and the shower? Incredible water pressure with a rain shower head—seriously one of the best! The room felt fresh and clean, which made everything even better. Just a couple of minor quirks with a light that flickered, but nothing major. Loved it overall!
