The shuttle service is handy, especially for getting to nearby concerts and events. I loved the warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in. such a nice touch! My room had a comfortable bed and was mostly clean, which is what I expected. However, the bathroom had a few issues. The toilet wasn’t working properly and I had to fill the tank manually. There was also a lack of basic amenities, like a trash can in the room. The hallway had a strong sewage smell, which was unpleasant. The staff was friendly, but I experienced a long wait for additional blankets that took about 1.5 hours to arrive. That’s not ideal after a long day. It affected my overall enjoyment, but the staff did try to be accommodating despite the delays.
